May be subject to minor design changes while in production to best translate the art to pin, minor differences from screen to finished product, differences in color resolution between screens, and possible manufacturing delays/worldwide shipping delays. Production updates will be posted to my social media, including if there are any delays.
Return policy
Due to the handmade nature of enamel pins, there may be small imperfections on the final product. In addition, there may be differences in the artwork on screen and the final physical result. Colors may differ between devices. As such, we generally do not accept returns on enamel pins. However, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. For preorders, this is roughly 4-5 business days after the products finish production. For in-hand items, this is 4-5 business days after your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Manufacturing
Enamel pin production can take as few as 4 months and as many as 8 more for large, complex designs and taking into account worldwide shipping/manufacturing delays. Updates for all preorder designs will be posted on social media and will be available via request at support@violetandmyrtle.com. If there are any delays in manufacturing, we will reach out to inform you.
