Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting Violet and Myrtle Curios! Every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packed and your shipping label has been created.
Processing Times
In-Stock Items:
All in-stock items, including bath and body products, perfumes, ritual oils, and other ready-to-ship merchandise, are typically processed and shipped within 1 week of your order being placed.
Preorder Enamel Pins:
Preorder enamel pins require additional production time before they are received by us. Once our shipment arrives from the manufacturer, each pin undergoes an individual quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Please allow 1–2 weeks after we receive the pins for quality control, packaging, and shipment. This processing time is in addition to the estimated production timeline provided on the product listing.
Orders Containing Both Preorder and In-Stock Items
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready. If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for preorder and ready-to-ship products. This also applies to placing orders for multiple preorder items. If you would like to receive the items as they come available, please place separate orders.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Violet and Myrtle Curios LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label to assist in resolving the issue or filing a carrier claim when applicable. We will always do our best to help you find an appropriate solution.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship orders to countries within the European Union (EU), including Germany.
Due to the legal requirements associated with the European Union's consumer protection regulations (including the Right of Withdrawal) and Germany's Packaging Act (VerpackG), which requires participation in the LUCID packaging registration system, we are unable to offer shipping to these destinations at this time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. If our ability to ship to these regions changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
